1. 2. Pre-construction inspection: Pre-construction inspection includes the acceptance of steel components, inspection of construction machinery and measuring instruments, and re-testing of the foundation.

(1) Acceptance of steel components Steel components should be accepted according to construction drawings and specifications.When the steel components are transported to the site, the manufacturer should provide the product ex-factory certificate and the following technical documents:

① Design drawings and design modification documents; 

② Warranty certificate or test report of steel and auxiliary materials; 

③ Test data of friction coefficient of high-strength bolts; 

④ Factory Class I and II weld inspection report; 

⑤ Steel component geometric dimension inspection report; 

⑥ The component list installation unit should carry out this
